Returns, Refunds, Replacement Policy

At Miraayaa, each product is handcrafted with care, and we take every step to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

As our products are handmade and often customized, we currently do not accept returns unless the item received is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect

To request a return for an eligible item:

  1. Contact us at care.miraayaa@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery of the items.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs and unboxing video of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for return pickup or provide return instructions.

  4. Upon receiving the returned product, Miraayaa reserves the right to reject the returns if the item appears used or maliciously damaged. No refund will be processed in such cases.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only processed for approved return cases or cancelled orders (if applicable).

  • Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.


Replacements

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will be happy to offer a replacement of the same item or similar value (based on availability). 

To request a replacement for an eligible item:

  1. Contact us at care.miraayaa@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs and unboxing video of the issue.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup of the damaged or incorrect product and deliver a new product upon receiving the damaged/incorrect product.


Important Notes

  • No returns/refunds/replacements are applicable on bulk orders, corporate gifts, or customized products unless damaged or incorrect.

  • Products must be returned in unused condition and in original packaging.
